Mr. Robinson works closely with senior professionals to manage and resolve day-to-day issues related to development activities.
Throughout Nick’s tenure with National he has supported various projects, but most recently, he has been working on the 1100 Market Street and 1199 Ludlow Street projects. He is currently dedicated to the East Market project in Philadelphia, supporting the communication of priorities and monitoring of the consultant team relative to the planning, organization, execution and management of the development team’s goals, objectives and progress.
Mr. Robinson joined National Real Estate Advisors, National Development’s parent company in 2013. He worked as a Real Estate Analyst providing due diligence, market research and financial underwriting for prospective equity, mezzanine debt and construction financing investments. On operational properties, Mr. Robinson assisted the Portfolio and Asset Management Group in the analysis of refinancing, leasing and disposition opportunities. In 2015, he transferred to National Development working as a Real Estate Analyst and subsequently as a Development Associate. Prior to joining National, he worked at as a Project Accountant, Federal Services for The URS Corporation which is an engineering, design, and construction government contractor.
Mr. Robinson graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
