Ms. Chamberlain works closely with senior professionals to resolve day-to-day issues related to the execution of select development projects to expedite and ensure project completion according to specifications.
Ms. Chamberlain recently worked on a comprehensive renovation and refinancing of the Sheraton Downtown Los Angeles. Upon completion of the renovation, the hotel was recognized as the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles, a higher echelon within the Sheraton brand. With a strong understanding of the entitlement, design, financing, leasing and construction processes, she provides support throughout each phase of development. Ms. Chamberlain is also tasked with primary communication responsibilities, both internally and with third parties, to effectively coordinate and execute on project schedules.
Ms. Chamberlain joined National Real Estate Advisors, National Development’s parent company, in 2011, working as a Real Estate Analyst provided market research and investment underwriting support. In 2013, when National Development was formed, she transferred to work as a Development Associate and was promoted to Development Manager in 2014.
Ms. Chamberlain graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Environmental Planning, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Previously, she worked in Virginia at Fairfax County’s Department of Planning and Zoning and held internships at two local architecture firms: KishimotoGordonDalaya and Devereaux and Associates. Ms. Chamberlain is also a member of CREW, ICSC and ULI.
