Mr. Vallese serves National’s clients by delivering proactive asset management strategies on a portfolio of highly complex and diverse real estate assets, focusing on preserving and enhancing the value and risk-adjusted return of investments and communicating respective results.

Mr. Vallese has over 29 years of institutional quality real estate experience. Before joining National in 2000, he was a Manager in the Negotiated Transactions Department at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac), where his primary focus was specializing in the securitization and credit enhancement of pools of multifamily mortgages. Mr. Vallese’s tenure at the mortgage banking firm Walker & Dunlop, Inc., and at Arthur Andersen & Co. contributed to his broad experience in real estate asset and portfolio management across virtually all commercial property types including strategic planning, portfolio, property and market analysis, underwriting, financing and disposition. He is also well versed in real estate systems design and implementation.

Mr. Vallese holds a Bachelors in Business Administration in International Business from the George Washington University and a Master of Science in real estate from Johns Hopkins University.
