Peter Epstein focuses on the retail and office development activities of the East Market Project in Center City. In his role, Mr. Epstein is bringing his experience in planning and construction management for national retailers, and his background in architecture and design to help create an exciting combination of pedestrian-oriented retail, restaurant, and office spaces, within the context of the larger mixed-use project.
Prior to joining National, Mr. Epstein was a Planning and Construction Manager with Tiffany & Co., overseeing new store and flagship renovation projects from documentation through construction for the luxury retailer, including the open-store, phased renovation of their existing flagship store in Union Square, San Francisco. Prior to that, Mr. Epstein worked as a Construction Manager for Urban Outfitters, Inc., overseeing the buildout of numerous new Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie stores in both street and retail environments, including their new concept 25,000 sf mixed-use flagship project in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which incorporated a full service bar, restaurant, and roof deck. Mr. Epstein began his career as an architect with Kohn Pederseon Fox Associates in New York, NY.
Mr. Epstein earned his Master of Architecture degree from Columbia University and is a registered architect. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
