National Real Estate Advisors recently published a white paper on “Investing Throughout the Capital Stack” which is featured in the October issue of IREI’s Institutional Real Estate Letter – Americas. The paper discusses how a build-to-core strategy can help mitigate risk from volatility through the real estate market cycle by investing throughout the capital stack.
