Working closely with senior-level construction and development staff, Mr. Morettini is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on the East Market project in Philadelphia, PA to ensure construction meets standards and time frames within cost estimates.

Matt held several positions with Turner Construction Company before joining National in 2017, including Project Engineer, Structural Engineer Lead, Interior Superintendent Lead and Project Manager handling five projects with volumes between $5 million and $283 million over a thirteen-year period. He has extensive experience leading a team of eight engineers, overseeing the budget and monthly owner reporting process, supervising a structural engineering team that managed the installation of 49 stories of steel and concrete structure, and working directly with project owners to manage the quality control process. Matt also managed the day-to-day operations of 150 tradesmen and aided in the success of achieving a LEED Gold certification. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University’s College of Construction Management.

Mr. Morettini holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Drexel University, is a LEED Green Associate, and is a Certified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater (CCIS).
