Marshall French is responsible for the monitoring of day to day construction activities on the East Market Project in Philadelphia on behalf of National Real Estate Development, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Real Estate Advisors.
Prior to joining National Real Estate Development, Mr. French worked for seven years with Clark Construction Group, focusing on federal construction projects in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. After working on a number of projects with Clark, including Constitution Square in the NOMA district of DC and the new headquarters for the National Geospatial Agency in Springfield, Virginia, Mr. French was promoted to Project Manager where he oversaw the construction operations on a mission critical government facility in Ft. Meade, Maryland. In this role, Mr. French served as the principal company representative responsible for project administration, finances, owner relationships, and staff assignment/training. During his career with Clark, Mr. French was also involved with various preconstruction efforts providing estimating and purchasing services for future projects as well as served as a mentor and instructor for the company helping new hires develop their professional skills.
Mr. French received a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics/Engineering from Washington & Lee University.
