Mr. Robinson is responsible for conducting detailed commercial real estate market research, and preparing financial analysis, in support of all development and construction staff with the execution of their duties for the East Market project in Philadelphia and new development opportunities.
For existing development projects, Mr. Robinson serves as development liaison with third-party lenders and service providers (consultants, etc.), supporting all project activities, including the selection of financial sources, deal structuring, legal document review, and architectural and construction planning. Mr. Robinson joined National Real Estate Advisors, National Development’s parent company in 2013. He worked as a Real Estate Analyst providing due diligence, market research and financial underwriting for prospective equity, mezzanine debt and construction financing investments. On operational properties, Mr. Robinson assisted the Portfolio and Asset Management Group in the analysis of refinancing, leasing and disposition opportunities. In 2015, he transferred to National Development as a Real Estate Analyst.
Prior to joining National, he worked at as a Project Accountant, Federal Services for The URS Corporation which is an engineering, design, and construction government contractor.
Mr. Robinson graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
