Ms. Dolan has 26 years of experience managing major urban real estate investments for corporate and institutional investors in the United States and Canada.
While holding senior positions with institutional investors, she developed experience in all areas of real estate ownership and development; including joint venture management and financing, marketing and leasing, asset management and acquisitions. Ms. Dolan’s portfolio experience includes all major U. S. urban markets and Vancouver, Canada. She is responsible for managing a significant part of National’s portfolio of joint venture equity developments and construction loans. As Director, Sustainability, Ms. Dolan leads National’s sustainability program for new development and operating properties.
Ms. Dolan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate at American University and received her Master’s degree in Economics from Georgetown University. Ms. Dolan is a member of The Counselors of Real Estate®. She serves on the GRESB Benchmark Committee for North America and the Sustainable Development Committee of the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks Maryland/DC Chapter. She has spoken at industry seminars on the topics of sustainability and due diligence in the acquisition of real estate and she is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women.
