Ms. Neve serves as a liaison and relationship manager between internal staff and third parties, such as banking institutions, respective partners, property managers, and legal counsel, to initiate and accurately record real estate accounting transactions for assigned commercial properties.
Ms. Neve has over 21 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining National, she worked for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP as an Audit Manager and was responsible for auditing the financial statements of a real estate asset management firm with over $150 billion of total assets, including commercial, residential, development and hotel investments. Previously, Ms. Neve served as a Senior Audit/Tax Manager with Judd, Thomas, Smith & Company and as an Accountant with Merritt Engineering Consultants.
Ms. Neve holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Queens College and a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
