Mr. Stange is currently responsible for financial analysis and diligence activities on development opportunities throughout the north east corridor for National Real Estate Development.
He is also responsible for financial oversight, leasing, programming and third party vendor management related to the development of East Market; an 800,000 sf mixed use property in Center City, Philadelphia.
Mr. Stange has nearly a decade of experience in financial analysis, due diligence, and capital markets in private equity and real estate.
Before taking up his current role, Mr. Stange was a Director in Capital Markets at the Carlton Group where he led the team responsible for raising in excess of $1 billion in syndicated debt and promotable equity to finance the construction of 76 11th Avenue, an 850,000 sf mixed use project in West Chelsea, New York, NY on behalf of HFZ Capital. Prior to that, he was a Finance Director at the Blackstone Group focusing on “BREDS 2”, Blackstone’s $4.2 billion real estate mezzanine fund which made mezzanine debt and preferred equity investments in Class A real estate markets globally including New York, Miami, London, San Francisco, Madrid and Boston.
Mr. Stange received a Bachelor’s of Science from Drexel University.
