DKLB BKLN is a 34-story, LEED Silver mixed use tower in Brooklyn, NY.  Given what we believe to be an outstanding urban location and exceptional design, as well as a strong sponsorship of Forest City Ratner, National provided a mezzanine loan and credit enhancement  during  the summer of 2008.  The project was delivered in late 2009 and contains 365 rental residential units, 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 129 below-grade parking spaces.

The site is an infill location in the Fort Greene neighborhood and is within walking distance of eight subway lines, Long Island University Brooklyn Campus, Brooklyn Hospital, the MetroTech employment center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music (“BAM”) Cultural District, the Atlantic Terminal, and the Fulton Street Pedestrian Mall. DKLB BKLN has views of Manhattan and the Fort Greene neighborhood, including the historic Fort Greene Park.
