200 Squared is a luxury rental apartment and parking garage development in the South Loop of Chicago, Il. The project delivered in late 2010 bringing 329 residential units, 10,204 square feet of ground floor retail, and 552 parking spaces to the Loop. The site is an infill location which has convenient access to the region’s employment and entertainment center, health institutions and educational facilities, via foot, mass transit or automobile. Spurred by the strong development team assembled by Jay Javors and the project’s irreplaceable location, National was able to commit to provide over $116 million in equity and debt financing for the project in the winter of 2008 when credit had dried up throughout the greater economy.
